“五型 四度 三高” 打造“一站式”学生社区建设南师方案
南京师范大学开展“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式建设自主试点工作以来,始终坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,落实立德树人根本任务,积极探索学生社区“网格化”管理,构建“一院一栋、组团建设、特色发展”的建设模式,打造“先锋型、平安型、青春型、书香型、文化型”五型社区,推动完善“三全育人”格局,营造“五育并举”生态,探索出了一条具有南师特色的学生社区思想政治工作新模式。
一、“五型社区”——“一站式”建设南师模式
学(xue)(xue)校全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)落(luo)实“三全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)育(yu)人(ren)”理(li)念(nian),结合(he)南师(shi)学(xue)(xue)生工作特色,着眼服(fu)务学(xue)(xue)生发展(zhan),打(da)造体(ti)现思政(zheng)要求、贴(tie)近学(xue)(xue)生实际(ji)的(de)“一站式(shi)(shi)”学(xue)(xue)生社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)综合(he)管(guan)理(li)模式(shi)(shi),探索(suo)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)(she)了党(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)引领(ling)、四(si)维共进的(de)五型(xing)(xing)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu):先(xian)锋(feng)(feng)型(xing)(xing)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)突出公(gong)寓(yu)(yu)党(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)为(wei)引领(ling),打(da)造党(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)特色空(kong)间(jian)、全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)强化(hua)公(gong)寓(yu)(yu)学(xue)(xue)生党(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),彰显社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)学(xue)(xue)生党(dang)(dang)员先(xian)锋(feng)(feng)效应。平安(an)(an)(an)型(xing)(xing)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)重点围(wei)绕平安(an)(an)(an)校园建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)(she)目标,积极培(pei)(pei)育(yu)教师(shi)、服(fu)务、学(xue)(xue)生骨(gu)干三支育(yu)人(ren)队(dui)伍(wu),打(da)造全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)方位(wei)、全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)过程、全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)时段的(de)平安(an)(an)(an)公(gong)寓(yu)(yu)。青春(chun)(chun)型(xing)(xing)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)坚持(chi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)公(gong)寓(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)体(ti)活动为(wei)载体(ti),重点强化(hua)学(xue)(xue)生身(shen)心素(su)养,全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)塑造社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)学(xue)(xue)生积极向(xiang)上、阳(yang)光健康的(de)精神面(mian)貌(mao)。书(shu)香(xiang)型(xing)(xing)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)突出学(xue)(xue)风(feng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)(she),以(yi)(yi)(yi)促进学(xue)(xue)生学(xue)(xue)业发展(zhan)为(wei)目标,以(yi)(yi)(yi)公(gong)寓(yu)(yu)学(xue)(xue)习活动为(wei)媒(mei)介,浓郁(yu)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)学(xue)(xue)习文(wen)(wen)化(hua)。文(wen)(wen)化(hua)型(xing)(xing)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)以(yi)(yi)(yi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)(she)与环(huan)境建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)(she)为(wei)抓手,营造环(huan)境美、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)醇(chun)、风(feng)尚好的(de)公(gong)寓(yu)(yu)氛围(wei)。“五型(xing)(xing)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)”聚焦学(xue)(xue)生高素(su)质全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)发展(zhan),探索(suo)在课堂学(xue)(xue)习之(zhi)外建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)立基于共同发展(zhan)需求的(de)学(xue)(xue)生学(xue)(xue)习生活成长共同体(ti)。以(yi)(yi)(yi)党(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)引领(ling)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)(she)先(xian)锋(feng)(feng)型(xing)(xing)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu),实现培(pei)(pei)根(gen)铸魂(hun);以(yi)(yi)(yi)学(xue)(xue)生的(de)“安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)、健康、能力、审美”四(si)维发展(zhan)为(wei)目标,建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)(she)平安(an)(an)(an)型(xing)(xing)、青春(chun)(chun)型(xing)(xing)、书(shu)香(xiang)型(xing)(xing)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)型(xing)(xing)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu),全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)提升学(xue)(xue)生综合(he)素(su)养。

二、“四个度”——“一站式”建设南师特点
一(yi)(yi)是党(dang)建(jian)引领(ling)有高(gao)度(du)。作(zuo)为强(qiang)化高(gao)校(xiao)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想政(zheng)治(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)创(chuang)新载体,南京师范大学(xue)(xue)“一(yi)(yi)站(zhan)式(shi)(shi)”学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)建(jian)设重在(zai)思想引领(ling),构建(jian)了“党(dang)建(jian)引领(ling)、一(yi)(yi)院(yuan)一(yi)(yi)栋、组(zu)团建(jian)设、特色发(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)”的(de)(de)创(chuang)新模(mo)式(shi)(shi),即:一(yi)(yi)个学(xue)(xue)院(yuan)党(dang)委(wei)牵头包干(gan)一(yi)(yi)栋学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)公(gong)寓,多(duo)个学(xue)(xue)院(yuan)党(dang)委(wei)组(zu)团成立社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)中心,实(shi)现分类建(jian)设、特色发(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、培根(gen)铸魂,以社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)党(dang)建(jian)与思政(zheng)工(gong)作(zuo)为引领(ling),强(qiang)化育(yu)(yu)人实(shi)效。建(jian)好服务(wu)空间,精心打造20余(yu)间公(gong)寓党(dang)建(jian)特色站(zhan)点,既能促进党(dang)建(jian)文化融入学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)日常生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo),也为学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)公(gong)寓的(de)(de)党(dang)员(yuan)理论学(xue)(xue)习、教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)活(huo)动(dong)(dong)、民主(zhu)管理等(deng)活(huo)动(dong)(dong)提(ti)供保障。亮明党(dang)员(yuan)身(shen)份(fen),通过开展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)公(gong)寓党(dang)员(yuan)“亮身(shen)份(fen)、勇担当”等(deng)活(huo)动(dong)(dong),打造数百个党(dang)员(yuan)示范宿舍,一(yi)(yi)大批示范寝位和公(gong)寓示范岗,以学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)党(dang)员(yuan)模(mo)范作(zuo)用(yong),带动(dong)(dong)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)党(dang)建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo),服务(wu)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)同(tong)学(xue)(xue)日常学(xue)(xue)习生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)。当好服务(wu)先锋,公(gong)寓学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)党(dang)员(yuan)月均开展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)公(gong)寓百家小讲坛、学(xue)(xue)业结对(dui)帮扶等(deng)活(huo)动(dong)(dong)100余(yu)场,带动(dong)(dong)身(shen)边(bian)同(tong)学(xue)(xue)同(tong)进步(bu)、共提(ti)高(gao),在(zai)服务(wu)同(tong)学(xue)(xue)中实(shi)现思想引领(ling)。
二是全员(yuan)(yuan)下沉有力度。学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)落实全员(yuan)(yuan)育人,汇(hui)聚社(she)区育人合力。党政领(ling)导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)带好(hao)头,在返校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)开(kai)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、期末放假等(deng)重(zhong)要(yao)时间节点,全体(ti)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)领(ling)导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)和各学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院党政负责人分批带队(dui),深入学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)宿舍,关心慰问学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活,了(le)解学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想动态(tai),听取(qu)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)意(yi)见建议。学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工团队(dui)全参与,建立(li)常态(tai)化校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)院领(ling)导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、辅导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)进社(she)区、公寓(yu)(yu)辅导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)住(zhu)(zhu)社(she)区的(de)“一线(xian)联系学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)”制度,打造(zao)了(le)一支(zhi)由40名专职辅导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)组成的(de)公寓(yu)(yu)辅导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)队(dui)伍(wu),全员(yuan)(yuan)入住(zhu)(zhu)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)公寓(yu)(yu),与学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)同吃、同住(zhu)(zhu)、同生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活。建设了(le)30间公寓(yu)(yu)辅导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)值班室,24小时持续守护校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)公寓(yu)(yu)和谐稳定。保障力量按(an)需配,学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)整合物业管理、网络服务、心理咨询(xun)、就业指导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)涯(ya)规划(hua)等(deng)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)常生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活所需,建立(li)机动团队(dui)和服务热(re)线(xian),根据学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)需要(yao)随(sui)时提供细致、周(zhou)到(dao)服务。
三是学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)参与(yu)有(you)热度。学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)是公(gong)寓(yu)建(jian)设和发展(zhan)的(de)(de)第一(yi)动(dong)力。我(wo)(wo)(wo)校“五型社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)”建(jian)设始终坚持以(yi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)为本(ben)、厚生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)育人,充分发挥(hui)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)建(jian)设中(zhong)的(de)(de)主体(ti)作用。丰(feng)富参与(yu)路径,组建(jian)公(gong)寓(yu)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)团队——学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)公(gong)寓(yu)自我(wo)(wo)(wo)管(guan)理(li)(li)委员(yuan)会,构建(jian)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)自我(wo)(wo)(wo)教(jiao)育、自我(wo)(wo)(wo)管(guan)理(li)(li)、自我(wo)(wo)(wo)服务的(de)(de)模式,提供广(guang)泛渠道(dao),鼓(gu)励(li)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)积(ji)极参与(yu)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)民主管(guan)理(li)(li),同时建(jian)设了(le)近1000平米(mi)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)公(gong)寓(yu)“共享健身(shen)(shen)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)”,12个(ge)“一(yi)米(mi)小花园”劳动(dong)体(ti)验区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu),社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)踊跃参与(yu),活动(dong)反响热烈。激发参与(yu)热情,基于(yu)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)特(te)色(se),打(da)造品(pin)牌(pai)活动(dong),如先锋型社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)开(kai)展(zhan)“党员(yuan)亮身(shen)(shen)份”,文化(hua)型社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)开(kai)展(zhan)“旗(qi)袍秀”,书香型社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)开(kai)展(zhan)考研分享沙龙、青春型社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)开(kai)展(zhan)心(xin)理(li)(li)健康教(jiao)育,平安型社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)开(kai)展(zhan)安全(quan)板报大(da)赛等活动(dong)。营造参与(yu)文化(hua),立足传承弘扬中(zhong)华优秀传统文化(hua),深入挖(wa)掘学(xue)(xue)科、专业特(te)色(se),打(da)造公(gong)寓(yu)文化(hua)走廊,每年(nian)开(kai)展(zhan)社(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)文化(hua)活动(dong)30余场,形成了(le)浓郁的(de)(de)公(gong)寓(yu)文化(hua)氛(fen)围。
四是服务(wu)(wu)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)有温度。传(chuan)承“厚生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)精神”,服务(wu)(wu)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)长(zhang)。打(da)通“最后一(yi)(yi)米(mi)”,成(cheng)立公(gong)(gong)寓(yu)(yu)文(wen)化(hua)建设辅(fu)导(dao)(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)作室,针对性地对学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)进行(xing)政(zheng)治引(yin)领、思(si)想(xiang)(xiang)引(yin)领、专(zhuan)业指(zhi)导(dao)(dao)、日常管理,实现服务(wu)(wu)上门;在学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)公(gong)(gong)寓(yu)(yu)打(da)造思(si)政(zheng)示范区(qu)(qu)(qu)、事务(wu)(wu)办理区(qu)(qu)(qu)、学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)动区(qu)(qu)(qu)、成(cheng)长(zhang)创意(yi)区(qu)(qu)(qu)四大(da)功能(neng)区(qu)(qu)(qu),为(wei)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)动提供(gong)特色(se)空间。实现“春(chun)风化(hua)雨”,开(kai)展“一(yi)(yi)月一(yi)(yi)主题”教育活(huo)动,辅(fu)导(dao)(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)深(shen)入公(gong)(gong)寓(yu)(yu),“面对面”了解学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)习、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)、思(si)想(xiang)(xiang)动态(tai),为(wei)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)长(zhang)成(cheng)才(cai)提供(gong)科学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)规(gui)划,做(zuo)实做(zuo)细学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社区(qu)(qu)(qu)思(si)政(zheng)工(gong)(gong)作。实现“智慧(hui)赋能(neng)”,打(da)造“一(yi)(yi)站式(shi)”网(wang)络服务(wu)(wu)平(ping)台,以数(shu)字信息化(hua)手段助力社区(qu)(qu)(qu)管理服务(wu)(wu)工(gong)(gong)作,构建“智慧(hui)公(gong)(gong)寓(yu)(yu)”信息系(xi)统,营造校(xiao)园数(shu)字生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)态(tai),实现对社区(qu)(qu)(qu)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的精准化(hua)管理,助力师生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)共同成(cheng)长(zhang)。

三、“坚持三高”——“一站式”建设南师经验
一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)是坚(jian)持高站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)位统(tong)筹(chou)。学(xue)校党委(wei)高度(du)重视,把(ba)“一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)式(shi)”建(jian)设(she)(she)作为学(xue)校治(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)能力和治(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)体(ti)系(xi)优(you)化提(ti)升(sheng)的重要方面。由校领导(dao)牵(qian)头,专门成(cheng)立(li)校“一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)式(shi)”学(xue)生社区综(zong)合(he)管(guan)理(li)(li)改革工(gong)作领导(dao)小组(zu),以公寓组(zu)团方式(shi),充分整合(he)社区空间资源,在(zai)全校组(zu)建(jian)6个“一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)式(shi)”社区学(xue)生工(gong)作中心,并(bing)逐栋(dong)成(cheng)立(li)公寓学(xue)生工(gong)作站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),构建(jian)了“组(zu)团建(jian)设(she)(she)、一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)区多院,一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)院一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)楼、协同(tong)管(guan)理(li)(li)”的南(nan)师“一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)式(shi)”学(xue)生社区管(guan)理(li)(li)特色模(mo)式(shi),从顶层设(she)(she)计(ji)上(shang)提(ti)供(gong)了坚(jian)实保障。
二(er)是坚持高(gao)效率(lv)推(tui)进(jin)。学(xue)(xue)校就(jiu)“一站式(shi)”学(xue)(xue)生社区建(jian)(jian)设(she),安排(pai)专(zhuan)项资金予以支持,目前总投(tou)(tou)入已超过两百万元(yuan)。在建(jian)(jian)设(she)过程中,由校领(ling)导(dao)召集,学(xue)(xue)工部(bu)门(men)、后勤(qin)部(bu)门(men)牵头推(tui)进(jin),相关(guan)职能部(bu)门(men)和(he)各(ge)学(xue)(xue)院协同配合,每月开展联合现场办(ban)公,跟(gen)踪建(jian)(jian)设(she)进(jin)度(du)、梳理(li)存(cun)在问题,坚持层层落实、责任到人(ren),集中整改、一抓到底,比如(ru)两个月内完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)30间公寓辅(fu)导(dao)员值班室的腾空(kong)和(he)软(ruan)硬(ying)件建(jian)(jian)设(she),半个月内完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)近千平方米的公寓“共享建(jian)(jian)设(she)区”施工,实现了高(gao)质量建(jian)(jian)设(she)、快速投(tou)(tou)入使用。
三是坚(jian)持高标(biao)准管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)。针(zhen)对学生(sheng)社区组织架构、工作队伍、日常运(yun)行(xing)等构建(jian)(jian)(jian)系(xi)统化管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)制(zhi)度(du)和运(yun)行(xing)机制(zhi),不断提(ti)升(sheng)“一站式(shi)”建(jian)(jian)(jian)设运(yun)行(xing)效能,研(yan)制(zhi)出台(tai)15项制(zhi)度(du)文件(jian)。严格考核要求(qiu),对标(biao)“一站式(shi)”学生(sheng)社区建(jian)(jian)(jian)设试点工作指南(nan),结合(he)学校(xiao)(xiao)实(shi)际,高标(biao)准制(zhi)定考核指标(biao)体系(xi),创新实(shi)施南(nan)师特色的社区“片(pian)区长”管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)模式(shi)。推动深度(du)融(rong)(rong)合(he),发(fa)挥南(nan)师网(wang)络(luo)思(si)(si)政工作优(you)(you)势(shi),将“一站式(shi)”建(jian)(jian)(jian)设江苏省(sheng)高校(xiao)(xiao)网(wang)络(luo)思(si)(si)想(xiang)政治工作中心、江苏高校(xiao)(xiao)易(yi)班(ban)发(fa)展中心两(liang)个特色网(wang)络(luo)思(si)(si)政平(ping)台(tai)相融(rong)(rong)通,进行(xing)统筹管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、矩阵联动、融(rong)(rong)合(he)建(jian)(jian)(jian)设,实(shi)现优(you)(you)势(shi)互补(bu)和线上线下(xia)融(rong)(rong)合(he)发(fa)展。

学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校通过自主(zhu)试(shi)点(dian)“一(yi)站式”学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生社(she)区综合管理模式建(jian)(jian)(jian)设工作,不仅为(wei)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生成长发(fa)展赋(fu)能,也为(wei)新(xin)时代高校党建(jian)(jian)(jian)示(shi)范(fan)创建(jian)(jian)(jian)和(he)质量创优探索了新(xin)路径。今后,我们(men)还将按照教育部和(he)省教育厅的建(jian)(jian)(jian)设要求,对标对表找(zhao)差距、鼓劲加(jia)压(ya)再(zai)提(ti)升,全(quan)面(mian)提(ti)高学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校“一(yi)站式”学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生社(she)区建(jian)(jian)(jian)设水平(ping),为(wei)培育德智体美(mei)劳全(quan)面(mian)发(fa)展的时代新(xin)人作出南师新(xin)的更大(da)贡献。
