筑牢学生社区育人“核心圈”,打造一流党建引领的“先锋型”学生社区。坚(jian)持以学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)为(wei)中心(xin),把(ba)学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu)改革融入(ru)学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)一流(liu)党(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)治理体系(xi)和“大思政”体系(xi)建(jian)设(she)。一是(shi)加(jia)强(qiang)顶层设(she)计和组织保障(zhang),成(cheng)(cheng)立书(shu)记、校(xiao)长双牵(qian)头的“三全(quan)育(yu)人”工(gong)作(zuo)领导小组,制(zhi)定学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu)“新三同(tong)”工(gong)作(zuo)方(fang)案。二是(shi)完善学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu)组织架构,成(cheng)(cheng)立学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu)议(yi)事协调工(gong)作(zuo)小组,构建(jian)“片区(qu)指挥长-住楼队伍-学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)网格员”总体架构,搭建(jian)“学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)-学(xue)(xue)(xue)院-学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)”之(zhi)间(jian)扁平化管理体系(xi)。三是(shi)基于学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)长不(bu)同(tong)阶段,建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)“信(xin)仰启航(hang)(hang)”“先(xian)锋示范”“卓(zhuo)越领航(hang)(hang)”等主题党(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)活(huo)动(dong)(dong)室46间(jian);建(jian)设(she)“博士驿(yi)家(jia)”社(she)区(qu)党(dang)(dang)(dang)群服(fu)务(wu)中心(xin),打造“驿(yi)家(jia)沙龙”“悦读书(shu)屋”“心(xin)灵驿(yi)站(zhan)”“博士会客厅(ting)”四大品牌。四是(shi)以功能型党(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)方(fang)式入(ru)驻学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu),结合(he)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)党(dang)(dang)(dang)员学(xue)(xue)(xue)科特(te)点(dian)及自身特(te)色,开展(zhan)(zhan)“自然(ran)能量流(liu)动(dong)(dong)站(zhan)”、“百年红色建(jian)筑展(zhan)(zhan)”、“成(cheng)(cheng)长问诊”、“收纳(na)大师”、“数(shu)学(xue)(xue)(xue)‘赶集’”等主题党(dang)(dang)(dang)日活(huo)动(dong)(dong),构建(jian)党(dang)(dang)(dang)团(tuan)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)参与社(she)区(qu)服(fu)务(wu)的学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)才领航(hang)(hang)平台。

营造学生社区育人“文化圈”,打造优秀文化浸润的“活力型”社区。按照(zhao)“以点带面(mian),连面(mian)成片,划片为(wei)圈”的(de)模式,构建(jian)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建(jian)设格局。一(yi)是(shi)强化(hua)思想(xiang)引领,在学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)开(kai)展“习近平总书记与大学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在一(yi)起”主(zhu)题教(jiao)育(yu)系(xi)列(lie)活动,举办学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)师生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)读(du)书会(hui),校领导与学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)围(wei)坐畅(chang)谈,共话“时代新人(ren)”培育(yu)。二是(shi)围(wei)绕中华优(you)秀传统文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)、革命(ming)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)、社(she)(she)(she)(she)会(hui)主(zhu)义先(xian)进文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),结合新时代同济文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)内涵(han),开(kai)展“一(yi)楼一(yi)品” 、“社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)节”、“十(shi)佳宿舍”、“最(zui)美寝(qin)室(shi)长”、“学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)非遗文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)体验工坊”等社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活动,每(mei)年开(kai)展活动1000余场,累计(ji)参与4.5万(wan)人(ren)次。三是(shi)将“五(wu)育(yu)”元素融入社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)空间(jian),制定(ding)“五(wu)育(yu)”培养(yang)方案,以五(wu)大必选(xuan)模块和拓展提升项(xiang)目(mu)为(wei)着力(li)点,赋能学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)全(quan)面(mian)发展。四是(shi)创(chuang)新工作方法,依托“学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)工作室(shi)”、“社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)特色建(jian)设项(xiang)目(mu)”,三校区(qu)(qu)(qu)联(lian)动开(kai)展美育(yu)培养(yang)、学(xue)(xue)业导航、职涯(ya)教(jiao)育(yu)、心理咨(zi)询、劳动教(jiao)育(yu)系(xi)列(lie)活动,形成百花齐(qi)放的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)教(jiao)育(yu)格局,将学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)打(da)造成为(wei)有志(zhi)青(qing)(qing)年的(de)理想(xiang)地,有为(wei)青(qing)(qing)年的(de)实践地,有爱青(qing)(qing)年的(de)治愈地,有料青(qing)(qing)年的(de)合作地,有氧青(qing)(qing)年的(de)打(da)卡地。

重塑学生社区育人“生活圈”,打造多感官情境的“宜居型”社区。围绕学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)长(zhang)成(cheng)才(cai)需求,合(he)理规划社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)公(gong)共(gong)区(qu)(qu)域(yu),以宿(su)舍(she)楼(lou)群为(wei)单(dan)位,因地制宜打(da)造集(ji)思(si)想引领(ling)、文化(hua)服务、成(cheng)长(zhang)赋(fu)(fu)能(neng)于一(yi)(yi)体(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)“集(ji)成(cheng)式”学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)协同(tong)(tong)(tong)育(yu)(yu)人中心(xin)。一(yi)(yi)是构建(jian)“1+1+N”空间(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)功能(neng)模式,即一(yi)(yi)个校(xiao)区(qu)(qu)有一(yi)(yi)个“一(yi)(yi)站式”协同(tong)(tong)(tong)育(yu)(yu)人中心(xin),同(tong)(tong)(tong)时(shi)结合(he)楼(lou)宇(yu)基础及空间(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)特色(se)配套(tao)若(ruo)干功能(neng)房。“一(yi)(yi)站式”学(xue)(xue)社(she)(she)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)协同(tong)(tong)(tong)育(yu)(yu)人中心(xin),以“引领(ling)创造、开(kai)放(fang)共(gong)享、活力赋(fu)(fu)能(neng)、成(cheng)长(zhang)共(gong)赢”为(wei)宗旨,通过(guo)服务入(ru)驻(zhu)、文化(hua)导入(ru)、空间(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)营造、景观提升等(deng)方(fang)式,提升学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)中的(de)归(gui)属感(gan)、获(huo)得感(gan)和幸(xing)福感(gan)。各校(xiao)区(qu)(qu)以协同(tong)(tong)(tong)育(yu)(yu)人中心(xin)为(wei)联结,以周边宿(su)舍(she)楼(lou)宇(yu)配套(tao)的(de)“9+1”功能(neng)房为(wei)延伸,充分(fen)结合(he)楼(lou)宇(yu)空间(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)特色(se)和学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)群体(ti)(ti)(ti)学(xue)(xue)科(ke)特色(se),引入(ru)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)空间(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)“特色(se)+”理念,目前已建(jian)成(cheng)公(gong)共(gong)空间(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)346余间(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),面(mian)积达15140余平方(fang)米。二是打(da)造多(duo)感(gan)官情境(jing)、多(duo)场(chang)景融(rong)(rong)合(he)、多(duo)互动(dong)参(can)与的(de)新型“五感(gan)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)”。社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)在(zai)空间(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)营造上充分(fen)调动(dong)视觉(jue)(jue)、听觉(jue)(jue)、触(chu)觉(jue)(jue)、嗅觉(jue)(jue)和味(wei)觉(jue)(jue),全面(mian)考(kao)虑(lv)并满足学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)对高品质学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)需求,将“同(tong)(tong)(tong)济(ji)校(xiao)歌”作为(wei)声景装(zhuang)置融(rong)(rong)入(ru)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu),打(da)造“藏(zang)在(zai)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)建(jian)筑里的(de)同(tong)(tong)(tong)济(ji)音符”;通过(guo)“轻量(liang)化(hua)”改造策(ce)略,重新定(ding)义社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)空间(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)功能(neng),平时(shi)可作为(wei)周边楼(lou)宇(yu)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)休息(xi)交(jiao)流区(qu)(qu)域(yu),同(tong)(tong)(tong)时(shi)通过(guo)灵活的(de)桌椅收纳、墙(qiang)面(mian)展(zhan)示空间(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)及植入(ru)参(can)与式技巧,让空间(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)秒变成(cheng)集(ji)“快闪展(zhan)览(lan)艺术工坊”、“校(xiao)园文创设计”、“跨学(xue)(xue)科(ke)创新实验室(shi)”等(deng)多(duo)种(zhong)功能(neng)于一(yi)(yi)体(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)多(duo)维参(can)与式社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)文化(hua)创意平台。

扩大学生社区育人“朋友圈”,打造多元主体协同的“和谐型”社区。整(zheng)合(he)领导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)力(li)量、专家力(li)量、管理力(li)量、思(si)政力(li)量、服务力(li)量等各类育(yu)(yu)人(ren)资(zi)源,推进(jin)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)管理服务与(yu)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)习生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)融通,形(xing)成全员育(yu)(yu)人(ren)氛(fen)围。一(yi)是领导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)干部带头深入一(yi)线解难(nan)题(ti),13位校领导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、33个学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)党政领导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)班子、28个职能(neng)部处(chu)负责(ze)人(ren)结对社区(qu),以“四联工作法(fa)”,协同配合(he)。二是撬动专业力(li)量,呼应(ying)新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)院(yuan)大类培养改革之举,持(chi)(chi)续创新(xin)(xin)“驻楼导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)师工作站(zhan)”建(jian)设,每(mei)年1200余人(ren)次知名(ming)教(jiao)授学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)者(zhe)驻楼一(yi)周开(kai)(kai)展(zhan)工作,开(kai)(kai)展(zhan)“社区(qu)讲(jiang)堂”、“学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)术(shu)沙龙”、“成长问诊(zhen)”、“师生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)对话(hua)”,走访辐射学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)2万人(ren)次;探索以“青春会(hui)客厅”、“表演艺术(shu)社区(qu)疗愈(yu)工作坊”等“课程(cheng)+”模式,充分发挥驻楼导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)师的主(zhu)观能(neng)动性(xing),打造(zao)具有社区(qu)特色的日常(chang)主(zhu)题(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)活(huo)动。2023年新(xin)(xin)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)期伊始(shi),“学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社区(qu)首部自治沉浸式戏剧”《嗨,室友》上演,广受学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)好评,工作站(zhan)建(jian)立(li)至今,累计开(kai)(kai)展(zhan)活(huo)动1000余场,覆盖学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)22000人(ren)次。三是激发学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)主(zhu)人(ren)翁意识(shi),建(jian)立(li)以学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)自治为主(zhu)体的社区(qu)管理机制(zhi)。224名(ming)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)骨干兼(jian)职辅(fu)导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)员以空间运行管理、文化氛(fen)围营造(zao)、主(zhu)题(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)开(kai)(kai)展(zhan)、日常(chang)管理督导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)等方(fang)式,为学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社区(qu)可持(chi)(chi)续发展(zhan)提供后援保障。

构建学生社区育人“数字圈”,打造精准化服务的“智慧型”社区。以(yi)数(shu)字化赋能(neng)(neng)(neng)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)建设(she)(she)(she),以(yi)精(jing)准(zhun)化服(fu)务更(geng)好满足学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成长(zhang)需求(qiu)。一是建设(she)(she)(she)“一网(wang)通(tong)办(ban)(ban)”师(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)服(fu)务门(men)(men)户(hu),为师(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)提(ti)供一个(ge)(ge)全(quan)校范围内(nei)服(fu)务事(shi)(shi)项(xiang)的(de)(de)总枢(shu)纽,包(bao)括服(fu)务事(shi)(shi)项(xiang)、校情资讯、个(ge)(ge)人数(shu)据中(zhong)心、资讯公告及时(shi)上(shang)新等(deng)(deng)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng),已(yi)有(you)260项(xiang)服(fu)务在“一网(wang)通(tong)办(ban)(ban)”上(shang)线(xian)(xian),涉及校内(nei)18个(ge)(ge)部(bu)门(men)(men)。二是建立(li)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)化综(zong)合安防(fang)管(guan)理(li)系统,包(bao)括无感门(men)(men)禁、人脸识别(bie)门(men)(men)禁、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)门(men)(men)锁、IG私有(you)云以(yi)及中(zhong)控大(da)屏等(deng)(deng)六项(xiang),采用高清(qing)抓(zhua)拍、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)比对(dui)以(yi)及大(da)数(shu)据分析的(de)(de)技(ji)术,布好学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)智(zhi)慧安防(fang)网(wang)。三是突破(po)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)物理(li)空间局(ju)限(xian),建设(she)(she)(she)线(xian)(xian)上(shang)线(xian)(xian)下协同的(de)(de)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)事(shi)(shi)务办(ban)(ban)事(shi)(shi)点,设(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)自助(zhu)打(da)印(yin)设(she)(she)(she)备,提(ti)供奖学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)金证(zheng)书、学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)籍证(zheng)明、成绩单打(da)印(yin)等(deng)(deng)线(xian)(xian)下服(fu)务功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng),建立(li)与社(she)(she)区(qu)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)场(chang)地(di)预(yu)约、学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)住宿(su)申请-调换-退宿(su)、宿(su)舍(she)设(she)(she)(she)施(shi)故障保修-维(wei)修任务分配-项(xiang)目验收(shou)等(deng)(deng)线(xian)(xian)上(shang)业务同步的(de)(de)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)事(shi)(shi)务综(zong)合办(ban)(ban)理(li)平台。四是对(dui)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成长(zhang)的(de)(de)关(guan)键数(shu)据项(xiang)进行(xing)梳理(li),在学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成长(zhang)档案应(ying)(ying)用中(zhong)展示10个(ge)(ge)大(da)类、39个(ge)(ge)小类,200余个(ge)(ge)字段的(de)(de)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成长(zhang)数(shu)据,从(cong)德智(zhi)体美劳五个(ge)(ge)方面(mian)设(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成长(zhang)成才(cai)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力培养目标(biao),发现(xian)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成长(zhang)成才(cai)中(zhong)的(de)(de)优(you)势(shi)与短板,精(jing)准(zhun)辅助(zhu)思政育(yu)人决(jue)策。五是践(jian)行(xing)“接(jie)诉(su)即办(ban)(ban)”,“事(shi)(shi)事(shi)(shi)有(you)回应(ying)(ying)”的(de)(de),在学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)创(chuang)建接(jie)诉(su)即办(ban)(ban)平台,畅通(tong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)反映问题(ti)渠(qu)道精(jing)准(zhun)对(dui)接(jie)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)需求(qiu),充分回应(ying)(ying)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)诉(su)求(qiu),完(wan)善“学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)反映-集中(zhong)转办(ban)(ban)-限(xian)期(qi)反馈-跟(gen)踪问效”的(de)(de)工(gong)作闭环。
