闽南师范大学:三下功夫,推动文明校园创建工作高质量发展
文明(ming)(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)创建(jian)活(huo)动(dong)是全(quan)面贯彻党的教(jiao)育(yu)方针、落实(shi)立德树人根(gen)本任(ren)务(wu)的重要载(zai)体。近年来,闽(min)南(nan)师范(fan)大(da)学(xue)坚(jian)持文明(ming)(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)创建(jian)与内涵建(jian)设(she)同步、常态创建(jian)与长效机制并重,在“凝聚创建(jian)核心、夯(hang)实(shi)创建(jian)基石、完善监督(du)考核”上下功夫,不断深化拓展文明(ming)(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)创建(jian)活(huo)动(dong),为建(jian)设(she)特色鲜(xian)明(ming)(ming)、多学(xue)科(ke)融合(he)发展的高水平(ping)(ping)师范(fan)大(da)学(xue)凝聚强大(da)精神力(li)量。学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)先后获评(ping)福建(jian)省“5A平(ping)(ping)安(an)校(xiao)(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)”“省级文明(ming)(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)”,连续两次入选创建(jian)全(quan)国文明(ming)(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)先进学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。
在凝聚创建核心上下功夫,强化组织领导
学校(xiao)制定印(yin)发(fa)《闽南师(shi)范(fan)大学“十四五(wu)”大学精神与(yu)校(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)规划》《闽南师(shi)范(fan)大学创(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)实(shi)施方案》等文(wen)(wen)件,将精神文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)建(jian)(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)列入党委(wei)重(zhong)要议事(shi)日程(cheng),与(yu)学校(xiao)中心(xin)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)同研究(jiu)、同部署、同落(luo)实(shi)。组(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)强(qiang)有力(li)的(de)领(ling)导机构,实(shi)施“一(yi)把手”工程(cheng),成(cheng)立(li)由学校(xiao)党委(wei)书(shu)记、校(xiao)长(zhang)担任组(zu)(zu)长(zhang)的(de)创(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)领(ling)导小(xiao)组(zu)(zu),设(she)(she)立(li)专(zhuan)岗(gang)、专(zhuan)人(ren)、专(zhuan)项经费确保文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)创(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)顺利(li)开展;各二级单位成(cheng)立(li)创(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)领(ling)导小(xiao)组(zu)(zu),指(zhi)派(pai)专(zhuan)人(ren)担任文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)创(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)联(lian)络员,配齐(qi)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)强(qiang)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)队伍(wu),构建(jian)(jian)(jian)全(quan)员参与(yu)、群(qun)防群(qun)治、齐(qi)抓(zhua)共(gong)管的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)格(ge)局。学校(xiao)定期召开文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)创(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)分析会、部署会、推进会,研究(jiu)部署解决创(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)过程(cheng)中遇到的(de)难题,加强(qiang)对文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)创(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)统筹规划和(he)组(zu)(zu)织领(ling)导,确保文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)园(yuan)(yuan)创(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)有力(li)有序有度、扎实(shi)推进。
在夯实创建基石上下功夫,强化建章立制

在完善监督考核上下功夫,强化创建保障
将文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)园(yuan)创建(jian)(jian)成效纳入(ru)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)风建(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)专项整治行动、打(da)造新风正(zheng)(zheng)气(qi)福建(jian)(jian)名(ming)片行动,制(zhi)定(ding)出台《推进政(zheng)治监(jian)(jian)督(du)“见人见事见效”的(de)(de)实(shi)施方案》《关于推进“1+X”监(jian)(jian)督(du)重点(dian)领域分片会商(shang)的(de)(de)通知(zhi)》《关于开(kai)展(zhan)“存正(zheng)(zheng)心、守正(zheng)(zheng)道、养正(zheng)(zheng)气(qi)”提升拓展(zhan)新风正(zheng)(zheng)气(qi)福建(jian)(jian)“名(ming)片”有关工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)通知(zhi)》,与落(luo)实(shi)全面从严(yan)治党主体(ti)责任(ren)督(du)查、落(luo)实(shi)意识形态工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)责任(ren)制(zhi)检查、“1+X”专项督(du)查相结合(he),强化对文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)园(yuan)创建(jian)(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)监(jian)(jian)督(du)。实(shi)行文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)园(yuan)创建(jian)(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)月通报制(zhi)度,注重日常管理(li),强化跟踪监(jian)(jian)督(du),定(ding)期(qi)通报学(xue)校(xiao)二(er)(er)级单位文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)园(yuan)创建(jian)(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)存在的(de)(de)问题及不足,及时校(xiao)准(zhun)创建(jian)(jian)航(hang)向,倒逼各(ge)单位转(zhuan)变工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)风,提升常态化工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)。定(ding)期(qi)开(kai)展(zhan)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)单位、精(jing)神(shen)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)创建(jian)(jian)先进个人评选表彰活动,坚持正(zheng)(zheng)向激励与反(fan)向惩处并行,强化文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)园(yuan)创建(jian)(jian)实(shi)效。制(zhi)定(ding)印发《闽南(nan)师范大学(xue)二(er)(er)级单位精(jing)神(shen)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)建(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)考(kao)评办法(fa)(暂行)》,每年开(kai)展(zhan)对二(er)(er)级单位精(jing)神(shen)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)建(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)考(kao)评,并将考(kao)核工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)纳入(ru)二(er)(er)级单位年度考(kao)核体(ti)系,强化压力(li)传导(dao),确(que)保文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)园(yuan)创建(jian)(jian)各(ge)项任(ren)务落(luo)到实(shi)处。
