河北工业大学:探索“三强三建”“一站式”学生社区建设新模式
河北工业大学坚持(chi)(chi)以习(xi)近平新时代中国特色社(she)会主义思想为指(zhi)导,紧紧围(wei)绕(rao)立德树人(ren)根本任务,坚持(chi)(chi)思想价值(zhi)引领和遵(zun)循学生成长规律(lv)相结合(he)、坚持(chi)(chi)聚焦(jiao)多(duo)维育人(ren)和引导学生深度参与相结合(he)、坚持(chi)(chi)上下同心协(xie)力和多(duo)方分工合(he)作相结合(he),不(bu)断探索“一站式”学生社(she)区建设(she)新模式。
强化顶层设计 构建主体框架
成立“一(yi)站式(shi)(shi)(shi)”学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)综合管理(li)模式(shi)(shi)(shi)建(jian)(jian)设工(gong)作领(ling)导(dao)(dao)小组(zu),印发《河北工(gong)业大(da)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)“一(yi)站式(shi)(shi)(shi)”学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)综合管理(li)模式(shi)(shi)(shi)建(jian)(jian)设工(gong)作方案》,全面保障社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)构建(jian)(jian)党(dang)委(wei)领(ling)导(dao)(dao)、部(bu)门协同(tong)、学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院推进(jin)、全员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)参与的工(gong)作格(ge)局,将领(ling)导(dao)(dao)力(li)量(liang)(liang)、思政力(li)量(liang)(liang)、管理(li)力(li)量(liang)(liang)、服务(wu)(wu)力(li)量(liang)(liang)下(xia)沉到学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)中间,通(tong)过“书记校长(zhang)走(zou)访制”“处级领(ling)导(dao)(dao)午餐会”“成长(zhang)导(dao)(dao)师进(jin)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)”、辅导(dao)(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)“三走(zou)进(jin)一(yi)引领(ling)”、设置(zhi)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)专职辅导(dao)(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)与学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)同(tong)吃(chi)、同(tong)住、同(tong)生(sheng)(sheng)活,以及(ji)“接诉(su)即办(ban)”信息(xi)沟通(tong)反馈(kui)平台等(deng),践行“一(yi)线规则”;设置(zhi)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)党(dang)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)先锋岗、党(dang)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)宿舍、志(zhi)愿服务(wu)(wu)岗等(deng),开展(zhan)红色基地参观、理(li)论宣(xuan)讲(jiang)团、党(dang)史知识大(da)赛等(deng)党(dang)建(jian)(jian)活动,强化学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)的党(dang)建(jian)(jian)引领(ling)和价(jia)值引领(ling);从学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)党(dang)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、干部(bu)中选拔(ba)骨干组(zu)建(jian)(jian)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)自(zi)我(wo)管理(li)委(wei)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)会和学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)公寓楼宇(yu)“两(liang)长(zhang)三员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)”队伍,持续优(you)化“学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)自(zi)我(wo)管理(li)委(wei)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)会—楼长(zhang)—层长(zhang)—楼层安全员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、信息(xi)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和监督员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)—宿舍长(zhang)”网格(ge)管理(li)体(ti)系。通(tong)过加强社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)顶层设计(ji),凸显党(dang)建(jian)(jian)引领(ling)功能,完善社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)网格(ge)管理(li)体(ti)系,更好(hao)地激发学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)活在社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、活动在社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、成长(zhang)在社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)的自(zi)生(sheng)(sheng)动力(li)。
强化智慧服务 搭建数字平台
网上办(ban)事大厅集(ji)迎新(xin)、教(jiao)(jiao)务(wu)(wu)(wu)、科研、财务(wu)(wu)(wu)、离校等(deng)多个功能(neng)于一(yi)体,上线新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)报(bao)到、校历查(cha)询(xun)(xun)、课(ke)表查(cha)询(xun)(xun)、教(jiao)(jiao)室查(cha)询(xun)(xun)、勤工助(zhu)(zhu)学(xue)申报(bao)、奖学(xue)金申请、后勤反馈、网络维修、户籍(ji)办(ban)理(li)(li)、心理(li)(li)健康、平(ping)安校园、离校服(fu)务(wu)(wu)(wu)等(deng)公共服(fu)务(wu)(wu)(wu)模(mo)块,实(shi)现了数据优化(hua)集(ji)成(cheng)和(he)(he)实(shi)时(shi)共享(xiang);线下(xia)“一(yi)站式(shi)”学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社区(qu)智(zhi)(zhi)慧服(fu)务(wu)(wu)(wu)大厅,设有学(xue)籍(ji)、资(zi)助(zhu)(zhu)、日常管(guan)理(li)(li)与生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活等(deng)业(ye)务(wu)(wu)(wu)咨询(xun)(xun)和(he)(he)办(ban)理(li)(li),24小(xiao)时(shi)提(ti)供自(zi)(zi)助(zhu)(zhu)打印、自(zi)(zi)助(zhu)(zhu)办(ban)卡、自(zi)(zi)助(zhu)(zhu)成(cheng)绩单打印等(deng)自(zi)(zi)助(zhu)(zhu)服(fu)务(wu)(wu)(wu),坚持为(wei)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)服(fu)务(wu)(wu)(wu)“全(quan)天候不间断”;以学(xue)校“智(zhi)(zhi)慧校园”为(wei)依托,搭建学(xue)业(ye)预警、24小(xiao)时(shi)无轨迹预警和(he)(he)自(zi)(zi)律预警平(ping)台,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)画像,赋能(neng)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育与管(guan)理(li)(li);开通(tong)Welink“小(xiao)微助(zhu)(zhu)手”智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)问答(da)库,为(wei)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)迎新(xin)、毕业(ye)、资(zi)助(zhu)(zhu)、国防、学(xue)业(ye)、日常等(deng)方面的疑问提(ti)供24小(xiao)时(shi)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)客(ke)服(fu)自(zi)(zi)助(zhu)(zhu)服(fu)务(wu)(wu)(wu);配有宿舍低(di)电费提(ti)醒、宿舍违规电器告警等(deng)多个数据赋能(neng)应用(yong),为(wei)平(ping)安社区(qu)保驾护(hu)航。围绕(rao)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)长发展和(he)(he)日常需求,充分利用(yong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)、数字化(hua)、信(xin)息化(hua)和(he)(he)现代化(hua)设施,积极探索(suo)智(zhi)(zhi)慧社区(qu)管(guan)理(li)(li)服(fu)务(wu)(wu)(wu)新(xin)模(mo)式(shi)。
强化文化浸润 创建育人氛围
深化(hua)HEBUT Family-河(he)工(gong)“家(jia)(jia)(jia)”社(she)区(qu)IP文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)内涵(han)建(jian)设(she),结(jie)(jie)合学(xue)校5个学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)园(yuan)区(qu)历史(shi)传承(cheng)、环(huan)境(jing)特(te)点、专(zhuan)业(ye)分(fen)布、学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)需求,自(zi)主设(she)计了河(he)工(gong)“家(jia)(jia)(jia)”族(zu)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu)“彩虹图(tu)”、IP形象、社(she)区(qu)LOGO、系(xi)列文(wen)(wen)(wen)创产品(pin)等(deng),建(jian)有“河(he)你工(gong)美(mei)(mei)”美(mei)(mei)育工(gong)作室(shi)、“河(he)你职说”生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)涯咨询室(shi)、“勤学(xue)善(shan)思”学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)学(xue)业(ye)发展中心(xin)和(he)“家(jia)(jia)(jia)国情·兴工(gong)梦(meng)”爱国主义教育虚拟体验基地,通过(guo)(guo)打(da)造(zao)特(te)色鲜明(ming)、亮点突出(chu)(chu)的(de)河(he)工(gong)“家(jia)(jia)(jia)”社(she)区(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)集群育人场域,增强学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)与社(she)区(qu)的(de)“粘性”;开展学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu)宿舍(she)卫生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)“周(zhou)督查”、月“流动红旗”以(yi)及学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)宿舍(she)“评星定级”和(he)“特(te)色宿舍(she)”工(gong)作,不断强化(hua)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)主人翁意识,致(zhi)力(li)于社(she)区(qu)宿舍(she)空(kong)间育人文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)氛围塑造(zao)与改善(shan);形成了“劳动·创意”市集、社(she)区(qu)音乐节、环(huan)保(bao)时装秀、毕业(ye)季跳蚤市场、青(qing)春(chun)风采秀、社(she)区(qu)游园(yuan)会(hui)等(deng)品(pin)牌活(huo)动,突出(chu)(chu)“过(guo)(guo)程化(hua)”学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)自(zi)我参与,致(zhi)力(li)于社(she)区(qu)健康活(huo)力(li)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)提升与教育。以(yi)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)基础素质发展为目标,结(jie)(jie)合学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu)各(ge)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)园(yuan)区(qu)特(te)色,打(da)造(zao)社(she)区(qu)IP文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),突出(chu)(chu)“浸润式”文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)浸染与经(jing)历认证。
