一、以“四个强化”领航社区党建新航向

二、以“四个推进”构建社区育人新生态

一是(shi)推(tui)(tui)(tui)进制(zhi)度(du)建设,精(jing)(jing)准(zhun)对接需求(qiu)。制(zhi)定(ding)《学(xue)校(xiao)领(ling)导(dao)深入学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)开展(zhan)(zhan)思想(xiang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)(zuo)方案》《教(jiao)职(zhi)工联系(xi)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)(zuo)方案》等(deng)制(zhi)度(du),推(tui)(tui)(tui)行党(dang)政领(ling)导(dao)干部、辅导(dao)员、专(zhuan)业与管理(li)服(fu)务(wu)教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)包联学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)机制(zhi),为10—15个(ge)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)匹配1名教(jiao)师(shi)(shi),精(jing)(jing)准(zhun)、高(gao)效解决学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想(xiang)、学(xue)习、科(ke)研(yan)、生(sheng)(sheng)活、发展(zhan)(zhan)等(deng)实际问(wen)题。二是(shi)推(tui)(tui)(tui)进力量(liang)下沉(chen),践行一线规则。在学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu)建成(cheng)18个(ge)辅导(dao)员工作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、5个(ge)青年(nian)博士教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)驿(yi)站(zhan)(zhan)、1个(ge)研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)导(dao)师(shi)(shi)工作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan),统筹各(ge)类育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人力量(liang)深入社(she)区(qu)、进站(zhan)(zhan)工作(zuo)(zuo),通过“书(shu)(shu)记有约(yue)”“师(shi)(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)面对面”“建园漫(man)谈”“德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)导(dao)师(shi)(shi)进社(she)区(qu)”等(deng)特色活动(dong),体(ti)察学(xue)情、关爱学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),做好学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)“引路(lu)人”。三是(shi)推(tui)(tui)(tui)进师(shi)(shi)资培(pei)(pei)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),凝聚(ju)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人力量(liang)。汇集全国五一劳动(dong)奖章获得(de)者(zhe)(zhe)、天津(jin)市优秀教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)、天津(jin)市最美科(ke)技工作(zuo)(zuo)者(zhe)(zhe)、天津(jin)市十(shi)佳辅导(dao)员等(deng)26位社(she)区(qu)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人榜样,依(yi)托“善学(xue)讲堂(tang)”“鸣飞(fei)大(da)讲堂(tang)”“建园讲堂(tang)”“辅导(dao)员工作(zuo)(zuo)室”定(ding)期开展(zhan)(zhan)社(she)区(qu)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人队伍培(pei)(pei)训研(yan)讨与实践锻炼,确(que)保社(she)区(qu)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人力量(liang)不断(duan)扩(kuo)充,素质能力和管理(li)服(fu)务(wu)水平持续(xu)提升。四(si)是(shi)推(tui)(tui)(tui)进朋(peng)辈互助(zhu),引领(ling)共同(tong)成(cheng)长。组织“红旗班”“青马(ma)学(xue)员”“卓越研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)”等(deng)社(she)区(qu)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)组织多(duo)形式(shi)、多(duo)维(wei)度(du)开展(zhan)(zhan)朋(peng)辈课堂(tang),每年(nian)开展(zhan)(zhan)“城大(da)青年(nian)说”“追(zhui)光计划”等(deng)活动(dong)400余场次。书(shu)(shu)院每年(nian)评选党(dang)员、学(xue)风(feng)、就业、文(wen)明等(deng)系(xi)列(lie)标杆宿舍示范引领(ling)书(shu)(shu)院制(zhi)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu)高(gao)质量(liang)内涵(han)式(shi)发展(zhan)(zhan)。


三、以“四个融合”开拓社区活力新场域

一是(shi)融(rong)合学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)才(cai)智(zhi)(zhi),完善社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)自(zi)治(zhi)。支持和鼓(gu)励(li)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)积极参与社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)服(fu)务,释放服(fu)务监督、设施管(guan)(guan)理(li)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)娱活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、职业体验等(deng)岗位任务,为(wei)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)会(hui)、研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)会(hui)、社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)自(zi)我(wo)管(guan)(guan)理(li)委员会(hui)等(deng)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)组织提(ti)供(gong)丰(feng)富的(de)(de)实践平台;支持学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)们自(zi)主(zhu)策划“你好·书院(yuan)”系列活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),以丰(feng)富多彩的(de)(de)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化,展(zhan)现了青年的(de)(de)朝(chao)气和书院(yuan)的(de)(de)魅力(li)。二是(shi)融(rong)合津(jin)城文(wen)(wen)(wen)脉(mai),打(da)(da)造(zao)津(jin)味(wei)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)。将津(jin)派文(wen)(wen)(wen)化融(rong)入社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化建设,沉浸式引导(dao)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)爱津(jin)、留津(jin),激发(fa)其“将小我(wo)融(rong)入大(da)我(wo)”的(de)(de)青春活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)力(li)。依托劳动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)示(shi)范(fan)工坊,对天(tian)津(jin)红色文(wen)(wen)(wen)化历史建筑(zhu)进行测绘,面向社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)举办(ban)(ban)《革(ge)命丰(feng)碑——天(tian)津(jin)市(shi)红色旧址展(zhan)览》;举办(ban)(ban)“津(jin)门三绝(jue)”非遗(yi)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)展(zhan)演(yan),编排(pai)《立秋》《黎(li)明初醒》话剧(ju),推出(chu)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化原创作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)品;连续(xu)两年组织2000余名学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)走访全市(shi)16个红色场(chang)馆,追寻津(jin)派文(wen)(wen)(wen)化源(yuan)头(tou)。2019年以来(lai),社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)相关活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)累计获得10余项(xiang)省级(ji)及以上奖项(xiang)。三是(shi)融(rong)合数(shu)智(zhi)(zhi)赋能,实现精准(zhun)把(ba)脉(mai)。搭建“一站(zhan)式”学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)大(da)数(shu)据平台,具备活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)预(yu)约、晚点名、意(yi)见投诉、床位管(guan)(guan)理(li)、心理(li)咨询等(deng)功能,实现学(xue)术研(yan)讨、事务办(ban)(ban)理(li)、心理(li)服(fu)务、创新创业等(deng)服(fu)务“一站(zhan)式”集成。四是(shi)融(rong)合空(kong)间(jian)要素,打(da)(da)造(zao)宜居社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)。构筑(zhu)“五分钟”学(xue)习(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)圈,打(da)(da)造(zao)“一室(shi)(shi)多站(zhan)”的(de)(de)融(rong)合式空(kong)间(jian),设有党团活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室(shi)(shi)、众创指(zhi)导(dao)站(zhan)、导(dao)师工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)、学(xue)术交流(liu)站(zhan)、智(zhi)(zhi)慧驿站(zhan)等(deng),为(wei)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)学(xue)习(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)拓(tuo)展(zhan)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)空(kong)间(jian);推动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)“筑(zhu)心生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)涯(ya)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)”“重德重能资助(zhu)育人工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)”“石榴籽少数(shu)民族工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)”等(deng)功能型工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)进驻社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu),为(wei)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)提(ti)供(gong)个性(xing)化指(zhi)导(dao)提(ti)供(gong)新场(chang)域(yu);在宿舍(she)楼内增设全自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)洗衣机、直饮水机、自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)售货机、网联式淋(lin)浴(yu)器(qi)、自(zi)助(zhu)打(da)(da)印等(deng)舒适(shi)便捷的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)设施,提(ti)升学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)居住幸福感,打(da)(da)造(zao)宜居学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)。
